Vendor Registration

Sign-up to be a vendor at this year’s event!

Registration is open until 5 pm Friday, February  27, 2026.

During our last live event, we welcomed over 2,200 visitors creating terrific sales opportunities for our 50 vendors. Get a vendor space for your business or organization and join us in making this a great event!

Vendor registration is open to the first 50 vendors registered, paid, and approved. Food vendors, please contact Cristi: 520-404-0486 before registering to see if we have reached our limit for food vendors. Once we reach capacity, we will have a Waitlist for vendors who care to be contacted in case of cancellations.

No alcohol, marijuana, or firearms vendors please.

Commercial concerns (including but not limited to insurance agencies, cell phone carriers, home improvement services, etc.) are encouraged to visit our Sponsor Page here to register for a sponsor level that provides a vendor space. 

Event Cancellation Policy:
If the event is postponed and rescheduled within 6 months, no refunds will be issued, and all benefits of previous registration payments will be honored for the rescheduled event.
