Sign-up to be a vendor at this year’s event!

Registration is open until 5 pm Friday, February 27, 2026.

During our last live event, we welcomed over 2,200 visitors creating terrific sales opportunities for our 50 vendors. Get a vendor space for your business or organization and join us in making this a great event!

Vendor registration is open to the first 50 vendors registered, paid, and approved. Food vendors, please contact Cristi: 520-404-0486 before registering to see if we have reached our limit for food vendors. Once we reach capacity, we will have a Waitlist for vendors who care to be contacted in case of cancellations.

No alcohol, marijuana, or firearms vendors please.

Commercial concerns (including but not limited to insurance agencies, cell phone carriers, home improvement services, etc.) are encouraged to visit our Sponsor Page here to register for a sponsor level that provides a vendor space.

Event Cancellation Policy:
If the event is postponed and rescheduled within 6 months, no refunds will be issued, and all benefits of previous registration payments will be honored for the rescheduled event.

Important Information

ALL SITES ARE A STANDARD 10’ X 10’ SPACE.

All vendors must provide own tables, chairs, set-ups, generators (if power is required), and shade (vendor spots are outdoors in the sun).

Setup Time & Operational Time

Vendor setup starts 8:00 AM. Vendor should be setup and open from 9am to 3pm

In the event of a cancelation, $25 of the registration fee will be refunded and $25 will be retained as a donation to the Amado Youth Center Building Fund and a donation letter will be issued to you for tax purposes

IMPORTANT: Food Vendors must comply with, and be properly permitted by, the Santa Cruz County Health Department. Food Vendors may not offer free food to visitors; they may only offer items for sale. Food vendors, please contact Cristi: 520-404-0486, before registering.

How many 10’x10’ spaces for $50 each are you registering? Additional spaces may be available to be provided as adjacent additions (e.g.: Three (3) 10’x10 vendor spaces would be a space that is 10 ft. by 30 ft.).
