Event Cancellation Policy:
If the event is postponed and rescheduled within 6 months, no refunds will be issued, and all benefits of previous registration payments will be honored for the rescheduled event.

$10,000 Amado Youth Hero Sponsor 

  • Sponsor name or logo on the cover of the Cook-off event program
  • First position placement on promotional materials
  • Placement of one 8-foot by 3-foot banner at the Cook-off main stage (provided by the Amado Chili Cook-off)
  • On-stage address at the beginning of the event with a plaque presentation
  • Recognition on the sponsor board and over the PA system during the day
  • Sponsor name on a top event award (choice in order of sponsor commitments)
  • 20 x 20-foot vendor space in prominent location at event (we recommend bringing an event tent cover)
