Hold Harmless

Each vendor, sponsor, participant, and attendee will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Santa Cruz Valley Car Nuts club,  including its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively, “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise out of or relate to any injury, property damage, or other occurrence resulting from Participant’s involvement in the car show event, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Released Parties. Participants enter and participate in the car show and related activities at their own risk.”
